7 point mind training

The main focus on this year’s course will be the fourth of the 7 point mind training, which is how to incorporate the practice in one’s lifetime.
Furthermore all the previous points which have been taught during the last years will be reviewed extensively so that newcomers are welcome to join in.
During this practice course teachings and meditation sessions are being alternated.
