Meditation is the process of becoming aware. Normally, we have no understanding of how our minds function. That is to say, we hold our projections, that are based on thoughts and emotions, to be reality. Meditation is a gradual process in which we first learn to be wholly present and mindful with whatever is happening in the mind. On this basis we can start to recognize the more subtle aspects of the mind with more stability.
Based on Shamar Rinpoche’s lojong teachings, this time we are focusing more on absolute bodhicitta, the direct view of the true nature of mind.
Weekend course with teachings and guided meditations.
