Lama Chris: Introduction to Mind Training

Lodjong (“mind training”) is an essential practice in Mahayana Buddhism. It is said to save one from getting lost in good times, while becoming a good friend in difficult times. Moreover, it is a complete path to freedom from emotional entanglement and ego-centredness.
During this weekend we want to gain an overview of what mind training is all about and what misconceptions and misunderstandings might exist.
A weekend course with teachings and group practice.
