Braunschweig: Taming the wild mind
August 2 - August 3
Buddhist meditation is not just a relaxation exercise to relieve stress. It is not an end in itself, but a process through which we gain a better understanding of how our mind works and which mechanisms keep us trapped. This can only happen if we learn to consciously perceive what is going on in our mind.
In the guided meditations, we learn what it means to remain mindful and focussed and to pull the mind out of its distraction.
